THE STORY: The Roth Estate was initially valued at $550,000 in “as-is” condition. JCC Partner Agent Cami Muse collaborated with JCC Concierge to identify $150,570 in strategic repairs and updates, all paid at closing. Under Cami’s expert guidance, the home was beautifully transformed and brought to market in top condition. It ultimately sold for $745,000, resulting in an additional $44,430 in profit for the estate after expenses. Thanks to this partnership, the home sold faster, for more money, and gave the family peace of mind.

What was done?

To prepare the Roth Estate for sale, the front entry ramp and railing were removed, and all on-site garbage was cleared. The entire interior was freshly painted with Sherwin Williams Eider White and Drift of Mist, and the bathrooms received updated epoxy paint on the tubs and surrounds. A new 60" double-sink white shaker vanity with quartz countertops and under-mount sinks was installed, along with new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave vent hood. Additional improvements included a new dining room light switch, replacement of the primary bedroom door, and enclosing the basement stair railing with a new door at the base for better separation. The property also received a brand-new architectural shingle roof, cabinet hardware updates, and was professionally cleaned and staged to showcase its full potential.
