Complete Renovation

WASHINGTON

THE STORY: John and Kate Hall’s home had an “as-is” value of $950,000, but it needed significant repairs and updates to appeal to buyers. With the help of their partner agent, Brian Alfie, and JCC Concierge, they were able to complete $255,907 worth of renovations with no upfront costs—payment was deferred until closing. The upgrades transformed their home, allowing it to sell quickly for $1,335,000. This resulted in an additional profit of $129,093 beyond what they could have earned selling as-is. Thanks to JCC Concierge, the Halls sold for top dollar and moved confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

What was done?

New white shaker cabinets were installed in the kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, instantly modernizing key spaces. The kitchen was further enhanced with brand-new stainless steel appliances, creating a sleek and desirable focal point for buyers. Fresh carpet and pad were laid in the bedrooms and throughout the basement (excluding the stairs, bathroom, and laundry), giving the home a clean and inviting feel. These updates, paired with other strategic improvements, delivered a move-in ready presentation that helped the property stand out and sell for top dollar.
