What was done?

The home underwent a comprehensive refresh to enhance both functionality and visual appeal before going to market. In the bathrooms, new vanity mirrors, updated hardware, and a new toilet were installed, along with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for a clean, modern finish. Throughout the interior, all walls and ceilings were professionally prepped and painted in Sherwin Williams Eider White, Drift of Mist, and Alabaster to create a bright, cohesive look. The kitchen and all bathrooms received new cabinet handles, while Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was installed in the entry, stairs (up and down), upstairs living area, kitchen, hall, and every bathroom to provide durability and style. To complete the transformation, the entire exterior of the home was prepped and freshly painted, dramatically elevating curb appeal and buyer first impressions.
