WASHINGTON

THE STORY: Emily Carlson initially struggled to sell her home, which had an as-is value of $1,050,000, receiving only a lowball offer. After partnering with JCC Concierge, she invested $183,913 in repairs, which were paid at closing. The renovations transformed her property, allowing it to sell for $1,315,000 within a week of listing. This resulted in an additional profit of $81,087 for Emily. The success of this partnership enabled her to move on confidently to the next chapter of her life.

What was done?

To prepare Emily Carlson's home for sale, JCC Concierge undertook a series of strategic updates. They replaced all interior doors and hardware, painted the walls and ceilings with Sherwin Williams Eider, and repaired damaged drywall. The bathrooms were completely revamped with new fixtures, cabinets, and a new bathtub. New carpets were installed throughout the home, and the windows with broken seals were repaired. Additionally, the entire exterior of the home was freshly painted, and JCC Concierge covered the mortgage payments while the project was underway, ensuring a smooth and stress-free renovation process for Emily.

“I had my house renovated through JCC Concierge. I was thrilled with the job that they've done in a short timeline that they promised. My house changed into a beautiful and gorgeous house. It attracted everyone who came to see it. I wished I found them sooner. It would have saved me tons of money and work that me and my boyfriend put into it before knowing JCC because I planned to sell it only for interior painting without updating many things 6 months earlier and my house only got a low-ball offer. Of course I turned it down.

JCC and team are professional, on time and good communication. I got my house updated through their build book every week while they were working on it until it's done. I had an knowledge and experience realtor agent.... in their team who helped to sell my house in a week, I didn't get the price that I asked for maybe if I waited a little longer to have more offers OR if...... agreed with me to put the price higher than the offer would come to the price at the beginning we set for? Who knows what will happen. The reason I took that offer was because after the first 6 months before JCC remodeled my house was on the market and couldn't sell. That gave me low confidence and I didn't want to go through it again.

I recommend JCC Concierge to have your house renovated and sold.... after. I would use them again in the future.
