Complete Renovation

WASHINGTON

THE STORY: Homeowner Kurt Thompson partnered with real estate agent Tara Fuller and JCC Concierge to prepare his home for sale, transforming a property valued “as-is” at $525,000 into a market-ready showpiece. JCC Concierge managed all repairs and updates — with no upfront costs — totaling $293,069, which was paid conveniently at closing. After the renovations, the home sold for an impressive $875,000, far exceeding its original value. This resulted in an additional profit of $56,931 for Kurt, proving the power of strategic updates before selling. Thanks to Tara Fuller’s guidance and JCC Concierge’s expertise, Kurt sold faster, earned more, and moved forward confidently into his next chapter.

What was done?

The property underwent a complete transformation to enhance its appeal and market value. New floor tile was installed throughout the bathroom, along with a brand-new bathtub and sleek glass shower enclosure, creating a fresh, modern look. Updated light fixtures were added throughout the home, and new closet doors were installed in the primary bedroom for a clean, polished finish. All interior drywall was prepped and painted, giving the home a bright and inviting atmosphere. To complete the updates, the team installed new stainless steel appliances — including a dishwasher, refrigerator, slide-in range, and vent hood — built a new exterior deck off the primary suite, and performed a thorough two-stage cleaning to ensure the home was market-ready.
