Complete Renovation
WASHINGTON
THE STORY: Rajiv Shenoy’s home had an as-is value of $1,600,000, but with strategic updates and repairs facilitated by JCC Concierge, he was able to enhance its market appeal. The necessary improvements, costing $257,632, were completed without any upfront payment, as the cost was deferred until closing. Once listed, the upgraded home attracted strong buyer interest and ultimately sold for $2,430,000. This resulted in an impressive additional owner profit of $572,368 after accounting for renovation expenses. Thanks to JCC Concierge and real estate expert Elizabeth Avery, Rajiv successfully maximized his home’s value and moved forward with significantly more financial gain.

What was done?
To maximize the home's appeal and value, JCC Concierge oversaw a series of targeted upgrades. The bathrooms were refreshed with new shower glass, floor tiles, and modern fixtures in the primary, main, and family bathrooms. The kitchen received a complete makeover, including new cabinets, countertops, and top-of-the-line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. The entire first floor was upgraded with brand-new hardwood flooring, while plush new carpet was installed throughout the top floor. Fresh paint was applied to all interior walls and ceilings, and a two-stage deep cleaning ensured the home looked pristine. Finally, professional staging was implemented to enhance the home's presentation and attract competitive offers.
